How Short-Term Trainings work
LACOE GAIN partners with educational institutions to deliver accelerated, industry-relevant instruction. Participants receive quality training, coaching, job matching, and placement assistance — all at no cost to eligible individuals.
Programs are designed for adults receiving aid through GAIN and START who are ready to enter or re-enter the workforce. Upon completion, coordinators work directly with participants to connect them with hiring employers.

Active GAIN or START participants are eligible. AJCC-funded spots are also available for adults and displaced workers.
