The Support Warm Line offers a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for individuals who may be experiencing stress, emotional challenges, loneliness, anxiety, or difficult life circumstances. Whether you need encouragement, someone to listen, or simply a reminder that you are not alone, trained peer support staff are available to provide compassionate support and understanding. This is a non-crisis support line and is available to anyone who may need emotional support or connection.
